C&C Insurance is a company specializing in B2B insurance brokerage, providing businesses with tailored insurance services and complete assistance in handling claims. Our collaboration began with the development of a comprehensive internal system for managing and tracking all insurance cases. The platform enables the company to efficiently monitor clients, policies, and claims while maintaining clear communication between all involved parties.

Following the successful implementation, the client requested the development of a mobile application that would make it easier for their customers to report insurance claims. The goal was to simplify and automate the entire process. When an incident occurs, the client is guided step-by-step through the app to collect all necessary information — including photos, documents, and descriptions — which are then automatically sent to the company’s internal system for further processing by the assigned claims specialist.
