MedicMate

Medicmate is a telemedicine platform designed to connect patients directly with healthcare professionals and provide immediate medical assistance. Through the app, patients can access doctors via three main services — Instant Help, where they select an available doctor for immediate consultation; Messages, allowing them to send inquiries and receive responses within two days; and Appointments, which enable patients to schedule and attend consultations at a specific time.

The solution consists of two parts — a web application primarily used by doctors, and a mobile application available for both doctors and patients. This dual-platform approach ensures flexibility, accessibility, and a smooth communication flow between both sides of the medical process.

We also developed a presentation website introducing the service to both medical professionals and patients. The visual identity and UI design were created based on the client’s external brand guidelines, resulting in a clean and trustworthy aesthetic. The project demonstrates how technology can make healthcare more accessible and responsive while maintaining a professional and human-centered digital experience.
