We developed a website for a residential development project located in Central Europe, featuring two five-story apartment buildings currently under construction. The primary purpose of the website is to present the project, highlight its location, and provide potential buyers with detailed information about each available apartment unit. The clean layout, modern visuals, and intuitive navigation make it easy for visitors to explore the project and its features.

The administration system allows full control over both content and apartment management. Each unit can be updated with new documents, floor plans, pricing, and availability status — providing the sales team with an efficient way to keep the website up to date and relevant throughout the construction and sales process.

The project was built on our RealEwa CMS, which we adapted to fit the developer’s corporate identity — including customized color schemes, typography, and a unique poppy motif derived from the company’s logo. This approach ensured that the website not only communicates professionalism and transparency but also carries a strong visual connection to the brand’s personality.
